1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using G-Track Delivery System ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our delivery management platform operated by G-Track ("us", "we", or "our").

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless G-Track and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
